The Centre for Economic Demography and the Department for Economic History announces two PhD candidate positions in the field:
Historical Demography and social mobility using longitudinal data (2 positions). These positions are partly funded by the EU-project LONGPOP. Applicants must apply both to the Department of Economic History at Lund University and to LONGPOP (http://longpop-itn.eu/recruitment/ , ESR3 and ESR12). In addition to the basic requirements, successful applicants must have a strong background in statistical analysis and experience of working with large datasets.
